CBT
I remember during my first few weeks with my last employer, they asked me to do CBT or computer based training. As first timer, I find it boring as I need to read a lot but as I moved on, I find it interesting with its activities especially simulating new computer applications. And since I’m new with the company, the training also involves the company’s procedures and employee’s development and learning approaches. This is somewhat similar to what Resource Bridge offers. They have a virtual learning environment where employees, customers or partners can take part on the web or computer based training without traveling and spending extra costs. They will all provide the eLearning solutions for companies of all sizes enabling employees to improve skills just like what I did with my previous employer. This is very helpful especially if the company (just like us) have a big number of employees and can’t send them all to training. With CBT, every one can learn the process, applications or software of the company wherever they are.
