Diet Alert!

I’m on it, …I just checked my weight and yes I gained few pounds, yay! I haven’t done any exercise for the past few weeks, instead the more I eat. If I haven’t told you yet, my goal this year is go back to my old weight before I gave birth to my son but looks like hard to reach, LOL! I guess if I’m going to use some kind of a nutritional supplement designed to lose weight such as hydroxycut, then most likely I can go back to my old size, hehe… Well, I haven’t tried this kind of diet pills before, as I’m afraid of any harmful effects, hehe…

Anyway, here some diet tips I can share with you, which I got from my reading:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
2. Stick to pre-planned healthier foods. – we actually do this as hubby loves to eat vegetables.
3. Eat smaller meals throughout the day rather than larger meals.
4. Exercise 3 times a week. – ugh! Maybe I can walk from Hung Hom to Tsim Sha Tsui and vise versa, hehe…
5. Stay away from starvation diets. (i guess the more you eat and even crave for a lot more… :D
6. If you have broken your diet one day, get right back on it.

Easy to do, right? But I don’t know why I just can’t stick on it, LOL! …

yah! it can be a little hard to totally commit yourself to dieting (easier said than done)! you can have all the resources, all the supplements, all the exercise routines but it all comes down to sticking with the plan! its not always easy to wake up in the morning for your exercise, to prepare your low carb meal, to have to remember to take those pills… but you know what, it is vital that you choose perfect diet plans thats right for you… something that you would actually enjoy doing… at the end of the day, what is most important is that you live healthy and live happy!
