Cooking Musings1: Fried Spare Ribs with Lemon and Butter
As I introduced you to my cooking musings post, this is my first recipe share with you for this weekend… 
I got the recipe on this on a newspaper clip that was left here in the house and saw it during the time of our move (that’s 2months ago).. But I just tried to cook it recently.
Ok without further ado, here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 lb. Spare ribs
1 tbsp butter
1/2 lemon
Seasoning 1:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
pinch of pepper
Seasoning 2:
1/4 tsp salt
1 & 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp sugar
Proedure:
1. Wash the spare ribs. Chop into 1 inch length.Mix it with seasong1.
Parboil into hot oil. Take out until it turns golden. Wait for use.
2. Mash the lemon peel. Squeeze out the juice and wait for use.
3. Heat the butter and add lemon peel. Then put seasoning 2 and stir fry.
4. Add spare ribs and stir until all the spare ribs coated with the sauce.
5. Dish up.
It’s yummy! Try it… Have fun cooking!

ang sarap naman nito sis. nagutom talaga ako sa itsura. anyway, sis bat di lumalabas ang NEW next to my blogs kahit my updates ako? do i need to put some kind of script ba para lumabas yan? i’m just wondering.
