Gac (Exotic Fruit from Asia) and Skin Health

I’ve been talking lately more of skin nourishment and things about preventing acne. Yes, I’m serious looking on what would be a good skin regimen that I can use and that best suit for the type of my skin. And while searching, I stumbled R.G. Skin Revitalizer, which is a dietary supplement that supports skin health. This works from the inside out and complements topical skin care regimen. Pure fruit oil extracted from Gac fruit that is a native fruit from Vietnam.

Since I’m not aware of this fruit, I read further the power of this Gac. Base from my reading, this is a bright-red fruit (see photo below) that grows and abundantly on vines all over sub-tropical Asia, especially Vietnam. As recent research unveiled, this fruit is grown in home gardens and valued for its medicinal potentials. And for asian household, the red oily pulp is often cooked with rice. And because it is rich with antioxidants, it protects skin from damaging free radicals and also provides nutrient support for strong cellular rejuvenation.

This sounds good for our skin health. And that fruit, I’m not sure if they have one here but since I hit upon different Asiatic fruits around, that’s interesting to find.
