Mother’s Horizon is now hosted on Dreamhost

It officially started last March 13, my blog is now hosted under Dreamhost. I signed up with them last week of February. Though I don’t really have problem with my previous host- Ploghost, I decided to move for better bandwidth size and disk storage. Besides, I always have a hard time sending my payment. I’m staying abroad and what I do is always go to remittance center, send money to my sister and she will do the deposit. Now, I can do online transaction. Anyway, when I sign up for Dreamhost I score a good deal with the promo code I use. Though the discount was not that big, I was able to get 1 free domain name plus another 3. For me it’s already good since I don’t need to renew my other site, and just use this free stuff and of course enjoy Dreamhost features. The Domain transfer tale
So the transfer finally completed. And I’m hoping no error to come up, as I can’t bear it anymore, LOL! Sorry if you found no page for the last 24 hours or more. When I open my site Thursday morning, it’s still up and working. I have an appointment that day (READ: job interview) so I wasn’t able to monitor, just then when I went back, 404 Not Found error greeted me. … I started migrating all files and I thought that would just be easy and anytime soon I can have my blog up again, but to my surprise permalinks and other settings not working and all I got was “not found error”… During that time I just can’t work straight and focus because I have a little kiddo and some stuff to work at home, thus it took so long for me to finish and fix the problem. Anyway, it’s good now and so far everything in smooth sailing again.
