Posture corrector
I remember few years ago when I had my check up for my scoliosis, the doctor told me I’ll be needing a brace to support my back so I can stand up straight. But I said I don’t want to use any brace so I diligently doing my therapy then. We don’t have a baby yet that time so I’m worrying that I might have a hard time during my pregnancy, so the therapy continued. But later on I stopped simply because I’m lazy to do it already, LOL! Imagine I need to do the exercise lifetime. Yes I know it would be for my own good but yay, tiring! Hahaha… Anyway, pregnancy has been good for the whole duration and I didn’t feel any pain so I didn’t do any therapy at all. But yaiks I don’t have a good posture. That’s because of the curve of my spine. Hence I could feel back pain most of the time especially if I carry heavy things. I know my spine will not go back to its normal condition so I guess a posture correction would be a good idea. Something like this.

At least I have a back support to reduce strain and ease my shoulder and back pain. This looks really good, isn’t? I have to show this to hubby and check on this one.
