Upgrade to Wordpress 2.5

I’ll be doing Wordpress upgrade on this blog to its latest version 2.5. I’m already done with my other blog last week and I find it really good so I decided to have this blog upgraded as well… I won’t be offline just yet ‘coz I’ll be doing some backup first but just in case you find some odd things here, then you know it already.. 
Hopefully I won’t encounter any problem. Goodluck to me!
Update: Upgrade is done. That fast. 
but I need to do some work on my sidebar plus some strange characters such as ’ on my posts…
Update 10PM: Sidebar done. Strange characters also resolved. Now need to check my plugins…
Final Update 23/4: DONE. I’m happy my Wordpress upgrade went smoothly. The backup and the upgrade itself was fast. Thank goodness I didn’t encounter so much problem. I didn’t change the theme anymore so I won’t have a hard time putting back all the additional codes I made. I’ll just change header but that will be later…

This is the third blog I’ve stumbled upon that has been talking about Wordpress 2.5. Is this a new version?

helo caryl… i used fantastico when i upgaded my WP kaya one click lng. problema ko ngayon yong ibang plugins sa sidebar ko ayaw lumabas (meta, top commentators, archive, flickr, etc) try ko ayusin yon kasi ayaw ko na in mag downgrade. sobrang hassle.

. Did you use addons ? How is with that ? I still have to upgrade 2 blogs …
