A Mothers Horizon

It may not be one of those expensive gifts you can give but the thoughts and the kind words of appreciation will greatly sink into their memories. That’s how important sending out a greeting card for me.

Being one of the laziest people I know, I have been a firm believer in sending cards especially during the holidays. However, the process of writing by hand and then put them in envelope and does a quick trip to the post office made my effort hindered. Yes a lot of work not to mention tagging a little kiddo. Hence, telephone call during birthday of any family member back home became a preferred medium for me but of course it didn’t have the same effect as sending a personalized card to the celebrant.

But with the latest internet technology, no need to go to the bookstore and do the process as above. Sending an online greeting cards can be made instantly, printable in less than a minute and send it for a cheaper price than going to the shop. Yes it makes a big difference especially to people like me- busy and lazy going out, hehe… At least with this kind of personalized greeting card from the computer, we can express our thoughtfulness to the other person and that means a lot. If you ask me, I love receiving greeting cards. And until now, I kept all those card being sent to us…
