Staying on fit

Finally muscles pain’s gone though I could feel a little back pain, LOL! That’s usually what happened if I stop exercising and then go back again… OR sign of aging, bwehehe… :D
Last Saturday I had my 30mintues workout and felt really great… but later on had muscles pain and deemed very tired, haha. It’s been a while since the last time I do this and I have to continue otherwise the whole effort on losing weight is useless. I’m sure any fat burner helps a lot but still need to exercise for healthy life, isn’t? Not only exercise, but also I have to lessen my calories intake… the husband said I have to limit my rice (yes I’m a rice person and my meal is not complete without it, hehe)… so I have to start with that plus regular exercise… staying on fit seems to be a hard work but once you’re on it, you gonna love the result so I know I can do this, LOL! That’s the spirit!
