Migs 2009 Halloween Costumes
Another halloween post again (hopefully the last 
) and also I want to blog this for record (scrapbooking purposes, haha)
My son started wearing Halloween costumes when he was 2 years old. But that time we didn’t join any trick or treat activities. It was on his 3rd year, when he started schooling that he somehow understands the essence of the Halloween activities.
For this year 2009, he got 2 halloween costumes, haha…
An Optimus Prime, which he wore during the Giggle Halloween party at Fat Angelos and also during their school Halloween Fashion Show last October 29.
That photo was taken before he went to school on Oct. 29.
The second was a cowboy outfit and he wore this October 30 during their class halloween party.
This cowboy costume was thought last minute, haha. They’re going to dress up in school for 2 consecutive days and though they can wear the same costume, I just let him wear another one and my plan then was to buy not too pricey outfit. So instead of buying it at the mall, I went to Wan Chai and because I knew most of the shops there didn’t accept credit card, I searched for a cheaper costume… and voila! found that nice cowboy costume at a discounted price and just right on my budget. And I guess I’m lucky because that’s the last piece for small size, which was just right for Miguel.
But between the two costumes he prefers to be the transformer guy, the Optimus Prime And for me I like that outfit too…
Let me note also that he’s the one who chose his outfit unlike the previous years that it was me who made the decision… well I guess that’s a hint that my son is not a toddler anymore, hihi….
So that’s it! I hope next year his interests on Halloween activities still remain and that includes wearing costumes and all… Some grown-up kids don’t like to wear any outfits or shy already to show off. I hope that won’t happen to Miguel so he can still enjoy and have fun!
