Jimena Navarrete, Miss Mexico 2010, of Guadalajara, is crowned Miss UNIVERSE 2010, and becomes the 59th MISS UNIVERSE. Her spectacular year long reign will include traveling throughout the country making special appearances on behalf of the Miss Universe Organization, its sponsors and affiliated charities.

1st Runner-up: Ms. Jamaica Yendi Phillipps
2nd Runner-up: Ms Australia Jesinta Campbell
3rd Runner-up: Ms. Ukraine Anna Poslavaska
4th Runner-up: Ms Philippines Venus Raj
