It’s holiday today here in Hong Kong being HK SAR Establishment day (often referred to as “The Handover” from UK to China). Usually there’s firework display but I’m not sure the schedule yet. I’d love to watch though so I’ll be checking that later on.
Ok, I have few hours on the pc this morning and I just finished looking at all cute kittens on their cat tree… I’ll do some tags now then blab next. By the way, I uploaded tons of photos to my flickr. It’s easy to update flickr than blogs, eh!

Hi my dear readers… I’m still here. As usual super busy in our little world. There are lots of things I want to blab, so many photos to share plus few tags I need to finish and meme to do’s, .. I’ll do that one at a time… hopefully this week I can breath and have some time on the pc and I can blog. I believe today is the last day of Migs’ school unless some activities will pop in within the week, hehe… otherwise, it’ll be a summer school break already and we’re heading Manila couple weeks from now… yipee!!!
Ok, got so many errands to do at this time- need to go first to the bank then drop mail at post office. So I won’t keep this long just yet 
… promise I’ll be giving you more updates next time. Lots of observation from our first time attendance on graduation/awarding ceremony here in HongKong and somewhat different from what I know back home in Manila.. so I’ll be sharing them with you next, ok…

Sorry I’m busy lately and I don’t have much pc time hence less updates on my blogs.
I was thinking of giving you a weekend update but looks like my mind is not working, LOL! I’m tired. But one thing that I want to share is my little boy’s achievement in school. We’re really proud of him… I’ll just tell the details soon…
We have a stormy Wednesday by the way. Tropical Storm Fengshen hits Hong Kong. This is the one coming from Philippines… 
…. Strong wind signal No. 8 issued last night until 11a.m. this morning. So no classes for my little boy and half day office work for the husband. Then it was lowered to Signal #3 and still in force right now. Hopefully will have a bright sunny day tomorrow…
Ok, this will just be a short post. Hopefully I could have some ME time later tonight… Ciao!

It’s officially summer! I was out the whole day and soooo hot outside…. So staying inside the mall would be a good idea. But today almost my time was inside the library. At least cold and quiet. I was there in the morning then in the afternoon, after few hours strolling around Causeway bay with Miguel, we went to library for his schedule at the toy library section… It was his first time and he had a blast. Camera was not allowed inside the building so no photos to share… I really love the HongKong library… so lucky for us to have that facility here…
Anyways, I won’t make this post a long one. I’m so sleepy. We went home past 11pm already. We had a dinner out with some friends. And obviously, I’m here peeking before I hit the sack… and I’m going to leave you this photo of my little boy… sweating
Very hot, very humid inside the house…. Aircon is now a must!

How’s your Father’s Day celebration yesterday? Us here just pretty simple. I didn’t bake nor cook special just what I have planned but after we have our lunch at home (cooked by the husband, hehe) … we went out and have fun at the Hong Kong park. But before we went there, we attended a mass and then enjoyed strolling at the park…
Too bad I didn’t bring the dslr cam. We’re able to visit the Conservatory for the first time. It displayed different dry and humid plants that’s so beautiful. I told the husband I’m going back there and bring the dslr cam, hehe… Anyway, we’re able to take shots with my digi cam and I uploaded it this afternoon. I was wondering if the mac mini needs memory upgrade as it slow down while I’m uploading all the photos. Well, there were lots of sessions open, LOL! My fault…
By the way, Conservatory at Hong KOng park is open to public. Meaning free admission. So if you happened to visit Hong Kong, try checking this and I’m sure you’ll be delighted will all the beauty of the plants inside…

Hi there. It’s another ME time. The boys are sleeping so I’m here with Mac in the living room enjoying the light and zesty fragrance of Satsuma, yum! I really love this home fragrance oil from Body shop… … and speaking of home, hubby and I do a general cleaning this morning. I love it when the husband stays at home. He can help me and most of all I can ask him to do the cooking. Hence I was able to finish my pending laundry and some clothes to fold. Now everything is sorted out and our house is clean. Ok, since I have my time I’ll do tags, finish some task and hopefully a layout. I downloaded an amazing collab kit last night from OCD and soooo beautiful. Can’t wait to play with it… But for now, I need to browse first on the coffee tables then continue other online work… By the way, I added already the video of my little boy on the previous post. It’s Friday the 13th

… and it’s raining here in Hong Kong with thunderstorms. Ack!
Ok so yesterday was our 7th yr wed anniv. You might ask how we celebrate it? Well, we didn’t go out. I cooked sweet chilly prawns and have dinner at home. That simple. Anyway on Sunday it’s father’s day so I might cook or bake something special on that day and that makes a 2-in-1 celebration… hehe…
We just finished doing Migs’ homework, so I let him watch TV for now that’s why here I am blogging sitting beside him with mac on my lap… He didn’t want to take a nap, it’s late anyway plus it’s Friday so let him watch but he’s playing while watching, hahaha… multi-tasking eh! Well, that’s advantage to me, I can blog and check forums and maybe do a layout tonight since he can sleep early, Read the rest of this entry » ! ~ Mr sun is nowhere to be found, hence a bit cloudy today. Hopefully no rains in the afternoon as I’m planning to bring the little boy at the park.
~ I bought button mushroom and jade melon veggies this morning and will try a new recipe. Yes, a vegetable is a must in our household.
~ I like to scrap but no mojo at this time, ack!
~ iPhone will officially reach Hong Kong on July 11, wooohooo! Hmmmm, I smell another apple coming soon in the house, LOL! Will I get one of my wishes???
~ I have a video of Migs for his duckling show but got problem uploading, yaiks! I’ll try again this afternoon.

USB External Hard Drives

I spent time looking for a USB flash drive but after going back and forth to different site, I think I will just get a portable external hard drive such this Ultra TravelDrive Hard Drive (side photo). 
I will surely be scrapping during my vacation so I think this perfectly fits. And since my sister was also asking me to buy an EHD for her, I might as well refer this one. Base on the review, it has a good performance and the unit itself is very portable and easy to use.. Oh wow! I’m thrilled to show this hubby…

I’m still up… and blogging It’s past 11pm here… Actually I feel sleepy around 9pm but then I wanted to finish a layout so after 2 books reading with Miguel and put him to sleep, I took a bath and stay on pc. But instead of scrapping, I browsed on the net as I need to look for a small USB flash drive that is on sale. We’ll have our vacation next month and I’m planning to buy one. Though I can store on the mac mini, which is the one I’m going to bring instead of the macbook, it’s still good to have a separate file saving especially that I’ll have more photos to store for our vacation. So the flash drive comes in handy unless the husband has another option. … ok, I’ll check other store and see if I could score a great deal and that I have other alternatives.

Howdee friends! I’m here peeking once again, hehe… and as my title, yes it’s raining here, in fact the first whole week of June. This morning we woke up with a black rainstorm signal. But good thing, it stopped before lunch so we’re able to go out. Anyway, as usual I’m busy doing layouts and lurked and play with the little boy. At night, I’d like to stay and do blogging but Migs don’t like to sleep unless I stayed beside him. And once I’m with him, I can get to sleep as well, hehe… Ok, just a short post this time. I need to check our budget/expense list first. Well, accounting just more fun to me next to admin jobs. I’ll try to do some tags later on and maybe a bit of bloghopping. Yes I am hence I don’t have the mood to blog. 
… And that’s the reason I don’t have updates here for the past days. And if you’re thinking I’m preggy… uh-oh a big NO! How I wish, hehehe… but I’m pre-occupied with my real life work and the blogging tasks take a back seat for a moment and even scrapping has been set aside too. But today I’ve been trying to do an entry since I need extra money for our upcoming summer break so hopefully you could read few things here and those who tagged me, I guess I can do it now. But first let me check first what’s all about the used cisco, since what I’m aware of is the used AS400 machines only. As you know I’m still trying my luck for an IT work so I need to see other possibilites that I can see here… Ok, got to go. More entries coming up….

It’s 11:56PM and yes am still wide awake. My plan was to stay late and blog and finish few more tasks but boo to me and I spent the time surfing and lurking on forums… LOL! Now I’m sleepy, how do you think I can manage to do all the remaining tasks… Loser isn’t? I shouldn’t have open the house decor site and that lead me to this cool wine rack then from there surfing to the max… … Well, just give me the benefit of the doubt, hahaha… ‘coz I don’t really have pc time today except for few hours checking on my mail and that’s it. So I’m just so thrilled to surf and lurk around…
By the way, I said I have the draft on my Mother’s day recap, yes I really have but I can’t publish ‘coz I’m waiting for the photos. I can’t connect to our server and pictures are all there. The husband for the life of him, I don’t know why he doesn’t want to fix it… So the reason the post stuck on the draft until now.. Hopefully I can have it up tomorrow. Ok, I guess I have to pack up now. I’m tired and sleepy already… tomorrow again. Ciao!

Hi there! I wanted to do a post here but looks like my blogging mojo is outta here. Instead, I scrap almost everyday! And I noticed scrapping has been my stress therapy lately. Yes, I feel stressed with so much thinking now days. Giving out decision for the benefit of the whole family is not so easy especially for a mommy like me. If that would be like getting an auto insurance quote online and then you can somehow decide from the result instantly then I guess that wouldn’t be so hard at all. But things are just different and of course I have to weigh all possible things that may happen… You may ask what is it? Well a matter of going back to work or not? To go back Manila or not? etc, etc… So as much as I want to do blog entries, I would rather do a layout and that I wouldn’t think so much… hahaha…
Anyway, I’ll try to do more updates this time. I actually have a LOT of blogging tasks and half of them were due already, LOL! So I need to work, work, work!!!!

Hello again my friends. Sorry to keep you hanging for few days again. I know I’m not good updating this blog recently, oh well all my blogs I should say, hehe. Lots of stuff keeps me busy lately and never had the chance to blog and make an entry. Though I opened the pc everyday, that’s for checking mails, tasks and CT duty and I can’t stay longer to write an entry, do blog hopping and chatting with my online friends. I miss doing that actually.
