Bonding with one of my sisters was one of the things I enjoyed during my stay in Manila. She’s still on maternity leave when I went there so I was able to tag her along going to malls and other places, as she was also my driver, hehe. While inside the car we talked different topics especially things about our kids and family. We even discussed insurance because I told her to secure one for herself. I referred her to our agent and she can just ask about the life insurance rates and ask for quotes. Aside from that, we also discussed about doing a business together. We gathered some ideas and plans and hopefully we can do it. Now that I’m back here in Hong Kong, we usually chat but not that often since she’s reporting to office already.

And I mean with these rock tumblers, LOL! Silly me because the first time I read it, I thought it’s a tumbler to put water, 
But what I found out on my research it’s a great tool for almost everyone and even kids would love using it by way of learning the natural process of geology. And for us adults we can use them to create stunning jewelry with gem-like polished stones or even use on decorative purposes. Good huh! So you see it looks like to be a great venture to start for something like a collection or if you’re one of those looking for a fun hobby.

Last week my brother showed to me the location plan of the 3-door apartment he and his fiancée were planning to put once they have the money. This property has been given to his fiancée by her parents. Though a small lot only at least they thought of building an apartment, which could be a great source of income and since it’s given they will not make any investment property at all. I guess it will be a 2-story building making it 6-door apartment but as what my brother said, they will just start with the first 3 doors. I’m glad they have plan like this. A good start for their new life together. They will be married I think by next year…

Have you ever tried taking care of a Chia Pets? I remember my first CT designer has one and almost similar to the photo shown here and seems like it’s fun having those collectible animal figurines. 
I saw this as one of the new products this summer and I just thought try to have an amusing Slyvester and Tweety bird, Chia cat grass planter. Anyway, we don’t have any backyard where I can have plants to take care of. And besides I can use it as a decorative accent in our new house…. oh what a great idea 
…. And also I think this could be an ideal gift for a friend who loves cat… what ya think? neat HA!

I just have fun browsing and surfing today that I found this travel bottle with straw at gimmees.com. That’s part of their newest promotional products for tradeshow gifts. I just find it cute because I can put custom design there just like an insert for a mug but this one it’s imprinted. Really cool!
After our long walk last weekend, I just thought bringing along like this for Migs especially this summer. He keeps on asking for water.
