When I start working some years ago as an Accounting staff, we do our documents filing manually. I have to stay late to sort out and arrange the different receipts, invoices and others documents. If I skip a day or two of filing, all the paper works will piled up and reconciliation at month end might be a little hard. So that’s how the process before, which has been changed drastically with the modern technology to make the work easy and more importantly paperless work hence a way for cost cutting.

Nowadays, most companies apply document management solutions that can diversely change the way to document their files and scan images. Like for instance document scanning would be easy using document image management software for faster transaction. That’s only one of the document management tools. And using any of the document management software, it can save money since it will be paperless and increase business profit.

How come? “ Well, not only him but I’m also interested how they do it especially there was a long line on that stall. Few weeks more and school break already. My son is excited for this break not because we’re going to somewhere else but he wasn’t able to have a vacation last year. After his graduation in June, he went to school the following month. This year, I’m still thinking where we can spend few weeks getaway. It would be nice going to far places spending time in a beach vacation rentals like the Outer Banks vacation rentals however, budget is so tight so I might think of a place where we can enjoy and have fun together as family.

Hmmm…. what about going to Cebu or Bohol? Migs actually like to see the chocolate hills and the tarsiers at Bohol. I wonder if there’s a promo package going on right now, hehe…. Well, I just hope the husband can be here if we decide to go. Otherwise, we might fly to HK for a quick visit….

Thanks to this medical cart site I chanced upon this morning because it reminds me to schedule our doctor check-up that is overdue… Well, after a tiring house transfer and sorting a lot of stuff, I need to see a doctor for some medication and yearly physical check. I still have a husky voice and my colds up to now still disturbing me. The same thing with my son who still have colds for a long time now. I’m afraid he has allergy on something (I’m guessing the dust mite or aircon) and I believe he needs medication for it. Hopefully we can be accommodated this weekend.
